English Saddle Repairs Price List

Repairs Price List

Please be aware 4/20/22 update- Repairs will run on a slower turnaround mid May- early June as we welcome baby Siegel.  Scheduled Repairs to be complete by mid May are full. Please contact us to discuss repairs and estimated repair time frame. Thank you!

Josh is a trained and qualified Society of Master Saddlers Master Saddler. He has worked on a wide variety of English saddles. Products used are of the highest quality.  


Please contact us to schedule a repair & to get a quote before sending in. Once a repair is scheduled, information on shipping details & the Repair Form to be sent with a repair can be found on the Shipping Info. section under the Services Tab. Items sent in without being scheduled cannot be guaranteed to be repaired and may not be able to do be repaired in a short time frame. Thank you for your understanding so we can provide quality services!


  • Install new seat—$750
     
  • Install new knee pads—$300 to $400+/pair depending on saddle design (Doesn't include external block & mono flap saddles)
     
  • Install new knee rolls—$225 to $275/pair (Doesn't include external block & monoflap saddles)
     
  • Install new seat foam—$300+ (Prices can vary depending on saddle design)
     
  • Install new tree— $350 (Plus the cost of the tree if available) 
     
  • Convert foam panels to wool flocked—$350 (Fitting not included)


  • Convert air panel to wool $300 (Fitting not included)


  • Add gussets to panels—$450+  (Includes new wool flocking)
     
  • Install new tree rivets—$400


  • Flap guards -- $350+
     
  • Tree adjustment—$250


  • Install new panels-- $150 + cost of panels


  • Gullet/Channel Widening -- $150-200
     
  • Standard Fitting/Flocking— $200-225+ (see Saddle Fitting page for more information)
     
  • Strip flocking (Replace all old wool with new)—$300 (Fitting not included)


  • Stirrup Bars-- $325+     Adjustable Stirrup Bars-- $400

                       (Not including custom bars. Contact for more info.)


  • Re-lace panels -- $85
     
  • Replace 4 long billets— (Price varies if panels need to be removed)

                              $135 - $145 if panels don't need to be dropped
                             $180 - $190 if panels need to be dropped
 

  • Replace 6 short billets—(Price varies if panels need to be removed)

                              $165 if panels don't need to be dropped
                            $210 if panels need to be dropped.
 

  • Saddle Inspection Fee— $65+ (Depends on length of inspection & when no repairs are performed)
     
  • Re-stain Saddle (Black or Brown)— $200


  • Head nail Replacement(pair) -- $100  (+plus cost of logo head nail if available-may need to order)
     
  • New Trilogy saddle demo fee  $200-$225 + Travel (Demo fee is only charged if a new saddle is not ordered)


NOTE: Please be aware if a saddle is sent in for a repair and is found to have broken rivets  and/or a broken tree and you decide not to have this repair fixed(or it cannot be fixed due to part availability) we cannot put your saddle back together as it is unsafe and can no longer be used.  We will give you the option to ship back your saddle in pieces or discard it for you and you will be charged a saddle inspection fee($65+).
 

English Tack Repairs:  

We currently do not work on any small(re-stitching girths/leathers, replacing buckles, etc.) English tack repairs.  

We do not work on Western products or other non-tack leather items(bags, belts, boots, etc.)

Prices are subject to change without notice based on costs of materials. We try not to increase costs but sometimes it is out of our control.
